Bio

Wen-Tien is a PhD student who focuses on the domains of energy transition, air quality, and public health. He has previously worked on a variety of energy-related research projects at Uppsala University in Sweden, the National Cheng Kung University, and the Industrial Technology Research institute in Taiwan. These experiences have provided him with essential skills to conduct computer-based and interdisciplinary studies. Wen-Tien's goal in joining CETlab is to utilize geospatial tools and model simulations to assist countries in finding feasible solutions to phase out fossil fuel-based energy supply systems. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Public Health from China Medical University (Taiwan) and a master's degree in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University. In his free time, Wen-Tien enjoys swimming, running, and playing board games.
